TEAM COORDINATOR INSTRUCTIONS

This advertising service requires one individual to coordinate with My Wizard Ads on behalf of an entire group within the SAME affiliate program.

MWA is happy to offer individual programs specific targeted advertising based solely around YOUR program.

This is NOT an individual affiliate service. The purpose of this service is to give groups within the same program the buying power and specific exposure for the specific program or product.

TEAM COORDINATOR OVERVIEW/SUMMARY

Please read this entire page so you understand how the program works, who has what responsibilities, how to set up a program-specific group shares advertising campaign, etc.

When we (the Team Coordinator and My Wizard Ads) set up a targeted group shares advertising plan, the first order of business is to determine first if the program will work within the criteria for the types of advertising exposure it will receive. In other words, is the program a "good match" for this type of service.

As the group is readied (shares purchased) ad copy specific to the product, service or opportunity is developed and/or your media information and/or a combination of the two. Then, working closely with you, Team Coordinator, together we develop an effective and TARGETED marketing blueprint based on several factors:

Participation - The goal of any group is to "pool" the members share fees to secure more quality advertising for less money. The fact is... bigger is better. The more shares purchased, the more "bang each member receives for their buck".

Budget - As the Team Coordinator, you should have a good idea of how much your downline/team will be willing and/or able to invest in an advertising campaign. Upfront communication with them is the key to a successful team effort. You will find the prices "per share" or "groups of shares" below.

Objectives - What results do you expect from the advertising? Are you trying to generate leads? Are you looking for targeted buyers? Are you trying to build "buzz"? Perhaps you're looking for a combination of leads and buzz? You need to have a business plan - targeted goal - in mind to help ensure the right methods of advertising are used to generate the "goal results".

Once a web page for your downline/team members to purchase group advertising shares is ready, your last task as the Team Coordinator is to announce that the advertising package is open and send them to the link to buy their shares. I will supply you with that link.

SPECIFIC TEAM COORDINATOR/LEADER INSTRUCTIONS

In order to design and setup your advertising coop I will need the following information AFTER reading this entire page please (so hold off clicking, there is more you need to know):

TEAM COORDINATOR PLEASE USE THIS FORM TO SEND ME YOUR PROGRAM LINK 

This will give me a better idea of the targeting required as well as the type of promotion (lead capture page, splash page, etc.) your group participants will be using. After submitting your web site link, please allow up to 72 hours for my reply. A lot of research happens at the very start before I will be able to give you a thumbs up (or thumbs down) on whether your program works within the parameters listed below.

This ensures you know that your program is "do-able" or not. If yes, we can proceed. If no, no harm, no foul.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION FOR THE TEAM COORDINATOR:

1. The Number Of Shares Needed For Successful Program Setup

As the coordinator you will need to aim for a commitment as a group of a minimum of 25 shares. The ideal target number is 100 committed shares.

Obviously the larger amount of shares provides more revenue to purchase more advertising. It also allows either smaller groups to get large amounts of advertising exposure, or numerous individuals to participate and still receive quality advertising.

I suggest you set up an arrangement where your downline can preregister for advertising shares. This way you can set a target date within your group giving each individual time to commit to x amount of shares with a starting date of "within x amount of time".

You will also know upfront if you have the necessary number (25 minimum) shares that need to be purchased.

For example, generate excitement and send out announcements (daily) stating this service is available. Setting a deadline is a good idea (e.g., allow them one week to purchase shares). Again, a minimum of 25 shares MUST BE reached before the ad campaign can be set up.

The number of shares an individual within your group can purchase is:

1 @ $57
3 @ $142 (2 at regular price and the 3rd for 1/2 price)
4 @ 228 (5th share is free)

Multiple buy-ins are allowed (by the same individual).

They can pay for their shares themselves. If you prefer this method, I need an email from you stating how many people are pre-registered with you, and how many shares overall will be purchased. I do not need any other details, because I will collect that information myself during their checkout process.

Once you know you have the required minimum (or whatever number you set for your group), email me and let me know. I can then set up a payment page just for them. After purchasing, they are then redirected back to the Forms area at My Wizard Ads, and they fill out the Targeted Group Advertising Form.

However, if you prefer to collect the payment, and buy in a lump sum, I will need:

a.  The name of each individual
b.  The number of shares that person paid for, and
c.  The person's matching affiliate url.

This would, of course, involve more "work" on your part. However, if you elect this method, then you would send a lump sum via Paypal (or I can invoice you) again along with the list of participants, each person's purchased shares, and his/her url.

My suggestion is to make sure you've reached the minimum just by staying in contact with your group, and letting them purchase their own shares themselves.

2. The Campaign Time Length

Campaigns are initially set up to run for 30 days. A non-reoccuring 60 day option is also available (without subscription). Just double the numbers above per share:

1 @ $114 (continuous 60 day coverage)
3 @ $284 (continuous 60 day coverage
4 @ 456 (continuous 60 day coverage)

Please decide, as a group, beforehand whether you want to run a 30 day campaign or a 60 day campaign so I can create the appropriate payment page for your group members.

Once you are assured as the Coordinator that you have sufficient members committed to participating, I will set up a page specifically for your program with the payment button specifically labelled for your group. I will send you the URL to that payment page.

Auto Renewal also is available. This would require you to inform those participating that they will be electing to "subscribe" to the service in an ongoing manner. On auto-renewal, should the purchase of shares fall below the total amount of shares you determined and submitted, the campaign may be suspended until the required number of shares purchased is met.

You do not need to auto-renewal, it is just a suggestion.

3. Share Ordering Process

You, as the Team Coordination, will be given the specific ordering page (from me) for either recurring subscriptions OR one time 30-day or 60-day purchases after:

a. Your program has been "inspected" (by you using the form link above), and passes inspection to meet the criteria. This way you are assured your program is a good fit (or not) for this group-specific targeted service before spending a dime.

PayPal buttons will be created in the above listed amounts should you elect for each person to "buy in" themselves.

Again, you will need to let me know whether your group wants to auto-new or not beforehand so I can set up and send you the appropriate ordering page for you to give to your group.

4. Program Owner/Upline Team Coordinator Referral Fees:

As the program owner or upline/team coordinator, it is my personal feeling that it is your duty to assist those who have put their trust in you to help them. They have already committed themselves as part of your downline afterall. And helping them, benefits all.

Therefore, no "bonus or incentive" is offered to the program/downline coordinator. This way everything is a fair share across the board for all involved.

The number of shares is, of course, up to the individuals within your program to choose. Based on the number of shares, correspondingly the system is set up to use that particular person's url x amount. The larger the number of purchased shares, the more often that person's url is the one that receives traffic/exposure on a rotating url supplied for you and as part of this service.

5. Advertising Copy:

If you have advertising copy that you would like me to use in promoting your program, product or service, please let me know so we can make arrangements for you to send it. I can accept banners (468x60, 125x125, 400x600), text ads, solo ads, etc. Communication, at that point, will be easiest through email (and attachments).

If you choose the "individual buy in" arrangement, your group members will be sent to the appropriate form I have already created in the ALL FORMS - PAY FIRST area. In PayPal, instruct them to look for the "Return to Merchant" button (after paying). This form has minimal fields to fill out since your Instructions form will have supplied me with the lion's share of information I need. 

ALL FORM ACCESS is available (after payment) under the GENERAL INFO left hand navigation on the My Wizard Ads web site, should someone "get lost" during the process. Please do inform your members that they should look for the Return to Merchant button - and that if they forget or close the window accidently after paying - how to find the form on the My Wizard Ads web site.
