If you’ve ever written to me or we’ve talked on the phone during business hours, you know I often bring up simple and free methods to supplement the budget you must set for your online advertising.
One of the easiest ways to draw attention to yourself and what you are promoting is by commenting on blogs. For example, visit this latest solo ad explosion post, read it, and leave a comment about what you’ve read.
You’ll be able to leave your name (personal name branding), put in a link to a website you are promoting, add an email address that no one ever uses, and add some truly good input in the comment box area. The more interesting your comment, the more likely it is that those also reading will see it – wonder who you are and what you are up to – and click your name.
There… you just got traffic for free!
The same goes for commenting on this ezine advertising blog, along with my internet marketing strategies (free advice on a wide range of topics). You’ll also discover that reading the comments of others can be just as informative (or funny) as the blog post itself.
So if you’re not using blog commenting, these free resources that abound on the web (and by the way on this blog on the right is a whole list of blogs to visit and do the same!) you are missing out on your chance to use the internet to your advantage.

Smart thinking for anyone. Thank you!
This is very good advice especially when it comes to getting a new website or blog off the ground quickly.
Thanks for the post,
Nando
I definitely think commenting is a really good way to draw attention to your blog. I’ve been really slacking in that lately and need to get back to it!
I leave comments because I know how much I love to get comments! Good karma and all.
Commenting is a win/win, networking and a link back
I absolutely agree with you, commenting is a fab and free way to get some traffic. BTW… Love love love your new blog template here!
nice advice here what you gave to all of us. keep the good work on and on.
thanks again
One of the most important factors in Search Engine Optimization is the number of incoming links to your website, the relevance of the website linking to you, the anchor text used for the link, and the page ranking of the webpage linking to you. We have tried it and have found it very useful to increase our page rank on google. We are a tender information portal, http://www.tradereader.com. We used tenders as our anchor text. We suggest any site to try and increase the backlinks.
