How To Use What You’ve Already Given Away For Free to Make Money

Imagine reusing what you’ve already written and making money.

It doesn’t matter that it already exists online. What you’re looking for is your best-of-the-best piece(es) of work.

You know the ones… where you pulled in tons of visitors and received lots of comments. From real people.

It was popular. It was informative. It was exactly what “everyone” was looking for.

And you own it.

So why not make money by “recycling” your work!

The fact is it can be done. It’s also a fact that James Chartrand of “Men With Pens” fame, presented a guest post on Copyblogger that fully lays out the details on how to use what you’ve already given away – for free – and turn it into cold, hard cash.

Frankly I’m itching to put a few block quotes here, but it’s best if you just use the link above and read Chartrand’s post for yourself. There’s a bit of a learning curve, but if you’re determined, write well, and have a resource to pull great material from, why not learn how to repackage, reuse, recycle your own work and make money doing it.

I promise, for many, it’s going to be an eye opening, mind blowing experience. Read the post (new window or tab) and then please return here to let me know what you think! I’m very curious to get your input!

Nice! Thanks for sharing Theresa 🙂

It´s a fact that paid content is more valuable than the free one.

For sure people will increase the content perceived value because of the “price tag”.

Maybe you can make a ebook or two from your actual blog content.

Here is a resource to monetize everyone´s content.

    Hope it helps

Hi Lenin! Typically I don’t allow in links within the comments, but yours could be a potential one to help some accomplish their goal(s) easily. I haven’t used it myself, but who knows? Could be just what someone needs as they read through these comments. Thanks!

  2. Hi Theresa!

The Copyblogger crew always puts out useful content – just like you!

Imagine my surprise upon seeing your reference to James Chartrand. I took HER DFW writing course last January and have, of course, followed her ever since. She’s very good.

All that said, thanks for bringing this concept to our attention here. It does get my wheels turning. Hmmmm. Now what about that post I wrote back…

I’m also thinking past articles, any ebook or e-booklet. Virtually anything that’s gone down “on paper” virtually. Get those wheels churning!
